RadonSeal penetrates the deepest (up to 4 inches) into concrete, reacts chemically, bonds and strengthens it. It seals sound concrete against water, vapor and radon gas. It provides the tightest seal and is permanent. The surface does not change, does not bead water, and remains paintable. LastiSeal penetrates very deep (2–4 inches) and hardens inside the concrete or bricks. It is manly designed for waterproofing. Unlike RadonSeal, it does not depend on the content of cement.

All of our products are high end. Certain products will do better then others depending on your particular environment or type of wood that you have. Concrete is a commonly requested material. To be honest, we don't know much about gluing to concrete. You could check with some building sites. Cement is the adhesive that holds concrete together. It will take some research on our part but we are thinking about doing concrete. A very cool and specialized glue! It does its job then you can roll it into ball and ... well, have a ball with it. The glue that is used for "tip ins" (magazine jargon) is referred to as a Peel and Stick glue.

We recommend using FolkArt Lacquers. They are available in Matte, Satin or Gloss finishes. Lacquers do not yellow or amber over time or from UV Rays. Other clear finish sealers say they are non-yellowing but they still do. The Gloss finish is best to use outdoors because the smooth finish does not allow moisture or dirt to stick and it is easy to wipe off.

Newlook Clear 32 is a clear finish that has multiple applications. But it is not considered a traditional "sealer". It can be used in combination with abrasive grit. It can also be used as a "primer" instead of the Solid Color Stain when antiquing raw, virgin concrete with the Translucent Color Enhancer. And many use Clear 32 in multiple layers on interior applications of Newlook Concrete Color Stains to provide a sacrificial layer.

All of our driveway sealers will wash off with soap and water when the sealer is still wet. However, if it has dried there are a couple of ways to clean it up. First, any high performance cleaner that contains citrus does a good job. Second, a product called, "Solvall" seems to work well on many different surfaces. A good way of comparing one system over another is to look at the weight of the equipment. Lightweight, lightly constructed folder/sealers are just not going to last over the long haul. Choose a well built machine with a heavy duty sealing section that will last. Total weight of the folder/sealer is a good indication of a well built machine. Examine the sealing section of the machine. It should have solid, large diameter sealing rollers to ensure a consistent and secure seal of the form.

Brushing lacquers work best with either a natural bristle or a synthetic bristle brush. When choosing an applicator, the most important factor is selecting a high quality brush with tapered bristles that will enable you to “flow” the lacquer onto the wood. Avoid over-brushing, which can leave brush marks in the dried film. Do not use a foam brush, since it will dissolve!

Pavement sealer is a water based product consisting of refined coal tar, clay, mineral fillers and water. The protective features of refined coal tar combined with the re-enforcing effect of mineral fillers results in a flexible, protective coating when applied to asphalt pavements.

Your choice of sealer depends on the look you wish to achieve. All sealers will inhibit stain penetrations; some will provide a high sheen or gloss while others will only enhance the color and provide little to no sheen.

It's an autobody product similar to household caulk but much more durable. It adheres well to most surfaces and is paintable. It's not recommended to use household caulk especially those that contain silicon on repairs. Straight latex caulk, although not as durable, can be used in a pinch. Paint adheres to it better. But for best results, head to your paint and autobody store and get some seam sealer. 3M makes a very good seam sealer.

This will depend on what, if anything, has been previously applied to the surface. Bare concrete that has never been coated must be etched with muriatic acid and given two coats of the appropriate product. The coating will depend on your choice of "sheen level." Products we recommend include concrete stains and catalyzed urethane deck paints. If the surface has been previously painted, new coatings must be compatible for best adhesion.

No. CaesarStone is a non-porous surface, so you will never have to apply sealer to any CaesarStone surface.

The sealer is to close off the pores on the top surface of the tile and force the free lime that is released during the curing of the concrete to migrate toward the underside (non-visible) of the tile. The concrete will only cure and therefore release the free lime for only the first few months after manufacturing. Once the sealer burns off the tile is generally well cured, and resealing is unnecessary as it is not required to maintain the weather proofing performance of the tile roof system.

If possible, the best time is during the excavation of your project, if any may occur. Your window or doorway can be "Cut and Dropped" into a hole or a "grave" that your excavation contractor can dig for you. This saves you the cost of break up and the nuisance of removal. Just cover it up and it is gone forever. You must dig at least 1 foot wider than the side cuts (preferably 20"), 8 feet back from the wall, and down to the footing.
