Yes, our interactive training is extremely flexible. Courses can be customized, allowing the facilitator to insert text, digital pictures, audio, and questions. Sections of the courses that may not agree with your plant’s mode of operations can be easily turned off. We also provide you with a DVD that provides step by step instructions on how to customize our courses, entitled “Using Custom Pro”.

Interactive training is a computer-based training method in which the participant interacts with the course using a standard keyboard and mouse. The information is presented using animation, digital video, titling, and professional narration. During the course, the participant is asked questions which they must answer correctly before they can proceed. If a question is answered incorrectly, the information pertaining to that question is repeated until the information is retained.

Yes, however, the courses are interactive to varying degrees. Some courses such as softskill training (how to be a good leader, how to deal with offensive workmates, etc.) do not make sense to be interactive. On the other hand, some courses (such as courses about server software) will be almost entirely interactive. Interactive online courses take place in two intensive eight-week sessions during both the fall and spring semesters and one session during the summer. Unlike independent study courses, they have registration deadlines and specific start and finish dates. There is a considerable amount of interaction with other students and the professor using tools like online discussion boards and email. No. We did hold university accreditation within the Credit Accumulation and Transfer framework for six years for our Diploma in Stress Management Training. However, the costs associated with accreditation, which we had to pass on to our trainees, became prohibitive and we decided to let the accreditation go. This has not affected the number of applications for our training..
